2016 SUBARU SHARE THE LOVE EVENT

    NOVEMBER 17, 2016 - JANUARY 3, 2017

In the Subaru Share the Love Event’s 9th year, we’re improving the distribution of Meals on Wheels America funds raised in an effort to reward those Member programs that actively contribute to the Event’s success. This means that you, along with other participating Meals on Wheels America Member programs, have a lot to gain by doing as much as you can to encourage your supporters to purchase a Subaru during the Share the Love Event and select Meals on Wheels America!

    DOSOMETHING.ORG'S LOVE LETTERS

For the last three years, Meals on Wheels America has teamed up with DoSomething.org, the largest organization for young people and social change, to encourage young people across the country to create handmade Valentine's Day cards to lift the spirits of older adults. Each year before the campaign kicks off, Meals on Wheels America Members have the opportunity to register their program as a card recipient. Cards arrive in the mail and are perfect for distributing to clients through meal deliveries or in congregate settings. To date, over 100,000 youth volunteers have created nearly one million handmade cards for our seniors.
