Adopting the Meals on Wheels brand for your local program is a powerful move. There are three easy steps to take to get started! Watch the video or read the information below to learn what they are.
Review all of the information and instructional materials available here in the Brand Resource Center. If you have any questions, the answers are probably here!
Sign the Brand License Agreement, which is totally electronic! Once your License Agreement has been approved, we’ll give you your customized logo files, The Style Guide & Graphic Usage Standards, access to the Meals on Wheels America photo gallery, and more helpful resources.

NOTE: Your logo will take the format of “Meals on Wheels Geographic Location.” The geographic location could be the city where you’re located (like Meals on Wheels San Antonio) or a description of your service area (like “Meals on Wheels Texoma”). You can also brand either the name of your organization or only the Meals on Wheels service offered by a larger umbrella organization. For example, your organization can be “Meals on Wheels Prescott” or you can offer “Meals on Wheels San Antonio” through the organization Christian Senior Services and co-brand the two names and logos together.
If your Meals on Wheels service or program does not legally go by that format, you can file a DBA (doing business as) with your local government, usually your Secretary of State's office, and submit that with your license agreement.
We've thought about every hurdle your program could encounter during a rebrand, and we know time and cost are often the biggest! So take advantage of all the tools we have to make it as easy and inexpensive as possible to adopt your customized local brand – things like the customized logo, discounted website designs and hosting, and branded print materials.
