PLEASE NOTE: Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo Registration is open to senior nutrition program staff and boards only. Individuals from government agencies are eligible to receive the Meals on Wheels America Member rate and must call 888-998-6325 to process their Conference Registration over the phone.

**We encourage individuals from Non-member organizations to join Meals on Wheels America prior to purchasing their 2016 Conference Registration. Membership rates for eligible organizations range from $175 to $300 annually, depending on senior nutrition operating budget. CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations before August 1, 2016, minus $75 per individual registration in administrative fees. Refunds will not be issued after August 1, 2016. 

REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINE

If while registering, you choose to be billed later instead of paying with a credit card, your early-bird payment is due in full no later than July 1, 2016.

2016 CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIPS

To assist Member programs unable to attend the 2016 Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo without outside financial support, we are pleased to offer up to 100 scholarships of $750 each to be applied toward registration and/or travel. Member program scholarship award recipients are required to register and pay Conference Registration fees in advance of July 1, 2016. Reimbursement checks for the full amount of the scholarship award will be provided onsite at the Conference. The application period is now closed and scholarship recipients were notified on May 31, 2016. Come early for an intensive workshop hosted by the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging. The 101 level session will cover the exciting growth opportunities for senior nutrition programs to become part of the integrated healthcare solution for older adults and people with disabilities. Attendees who are working toward a Meals on Wheels Leadership Certificate will receive three credits. Pre-registration is required.

Traveling to Conference with a companion? Adult guests not purchasing full Conference Registration are welcome to purchase tickets to join us for the Nashville Experience and Dinner on Thursday, September 1 for an authentic Nashville evening without leaving the comforts of the Gaylord Opryland Resort! Full Conference Registration already includes the Nashville Experience.
