Meals On Wheels Association of America today announces that Lynn Smith, Chief Human Resources Officer of PANDORA Americas, an international designer, manufacturer and retailer of affordable luxury jewelry, was elected to the Meals On Wheels Association Board of Directors. Lynn Smith is a seasoned human resource executive with more than 25 years of experience in human resource management. Her various organizational roles span both the not-for-profit and for-profit arenas, in many diverse industries. Prior to joining PANDORA, Smith was Vice President of Human Resources for Calvert Memorial Hospital in Maryland, and was Director of Human Resources for both AARP and Giant Food Companies, a part of Royal Ahold.
