1 - Only Meals on Wheels America Member programs in good standing as of November 1, 2017, and remain in good standing throughout the entire Share the Love Event and funding distribution period are eligible to receive a share of the revenue. If you are not a Member or would like to check your program's Membership status, join today or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
2 - Member programs must register to participate in the Share the Love Event no later than Wednesday, November 15. We recognize that some programs will partner with Subaru retailers and that others will not be able to do so. (If you are unable to partner, simply put “N/A” for Retailer.) Either way, use the description field to describe your proposed activities as clearly and concisely as you can so that we’re able to track our activities across the network.
3 - Member programs must complete at least one qualified activity in each of the four participation categories between November 16, 2017 and January 2, 2018, to meet the minimum commitment. Learn more about qualified activities for the Event.
4 - Member programs must verify their participation activities by submitting a Final Report through the Meals on Wheels America Online Grants Management System no later than Friday, January 12, 2018.
5 - Participating programs must have adopted the Meals on Wheels brand OR display the Meals on Wheels America Member Badge on their website. For information on brand adoption and the Member Badge, contact email@example.com.
6 - Submit zip codes for your service area to firstname.lastname@example.org.
