PLEASE NOTE: Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo Registration is open to senior nutrition program staff and boards only. Individuals from government agencies are eligible to receive the Meals on Wheels America Member rate and must call 888-998-6325 to process their Conference Registration over the phone.

**We encourage individuals from Non-member organizations to join Meals on Wheels America prior to purchasing their 2017 Conference Registration. Membership rates for eligible organizations range from $175 to $300 annually, depending on senior nutrition operating budget. CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations before August 1, 2017, minus $75 per individual registration in administrative fees. Refunds will not be issued on or after August 1, 2017.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINE

If while registering, you choose to be billed later instead of paying with a credit card, your early-bird payment is due in full no later than July 1, 2017.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP • AUGUST 28, 2017

Over the last few years, the healthcare environment has provided the Aging Network new opportunities for engagement with healthcare payers and across the country, senior nutrition programs have been developing relationships with healthcare entities. While these relationships have focused largely on addressing food access, your organization/program is also uniquely well-positioned to address other social determinants of health. Challenges such as social isolation and home safety are increasingly being recognized as key to a senior's ability to remain living in their home. In addition, costs associated with malnutrition have been better articulated so it presents an opportunity for additional engagement with healthcare entities. Hear from subject matter experts and from peer programs about how they leveraged emerging opportunities while addressing barriers to integration.

Come early for an intensive workshop hosted by the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging. Pre-registration is required.

Adult guests not purchasing full Conference Registration are welcome to purchase tickets to join us for the Farm-to-Fork Event: A Taste of Colorado on Wednesday, August 30 to experience a fun and relaxing evening with your fellow attendees as you experience locally sourced food and products from around Colorado without leaving the comforts of Sheraton Downtown. Entertainment will be provided by The Coats, the Pacific Northwest’s premiere a cappella group. Full Conference Registration already includes the Farm-to-Fork Event: A Taste of Colorado.
