PRESIDENT AND CEO ELLIE HOLLANDER ACCEPTS THE RETIREMENT HOUSING FOUNDATION'S FRIEND OF THE ELDERLY AWARD

On Friday, February 28, President and CEO Ellie Hollander accepted the Retirement Housing Foundation's Friend of the Elderly Award at its 53rd Anniversary Celebration and Awards Dinner in Cerritos, California. The Friend of the Elderly Award is given annually to an individual or organization making a substantial and/or unique contribution to the health, housing, social, psychological and spiritual quality of life of older adults. Ellie accepted the award on behalf of all the hardworking, local Meals on Wheels programs across America, and the two million volunteers who support these services day in and day out.
