Our Annual Conference is designed for leaders and staff of nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies and tribal organizations engaged directly in the provision of meals and/or nutrition services to seniors.

Full registration will include all planned meals and events beginning with the Meet and Greet Reception at 4:00 p.m. PT on Wednesday, August 16 and concluding at 12:00 p.m. PT on Saturday, August 19. Our Pre-Conference Intensive Workshops in the afternoon on Wednesday, August 16 will require an additional registration fee of $80. Single day rates will be available when registration opens.

Written requests for refunds or substitutions must be sent to email@example.com
. Prior to July 21, 2023, you will receive a 75% refund of your conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued on or after July 21, 2023. In lieu of a refund, registration substitutions are allowed for a $50 processing fee.
If you receive a COVID-19 diagnosis within two weeks of the event or are exhibiting related symptoms, or are unable to meet the requirements of our Health and Safety Protocols and Policies in effect at the time of Conference, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
so that we can work directly with you on cancellation or substitution.
The conference registration fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the meeting due to circumstances beyond the control of Meals on Wheels America. Payments for optional events are non-refundable.
