Jenny joined Meals on Wheels America in July 2013 and has had various roles throughout her tenure. In March 2025, she became Chief Membership Officer and Chief of Staff. As Chief Membership Officer, she is responsible for shaping the Membership value proposition for community-based Meals on Wheels providers, deepening Member engagement and leading the design and execution of the Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo. In her role of Chief of Staff, she leverages her strategic communications background to be a strong national voice and advocate for the network, while driving organizational effectiveness and culture in support of Meals on Wheels America’s ambitious mission and vision.
Prior to this role on the executive team, Jenny focused on strategic communications and projects for nearly 12 years — first joining as Communications Director and then being promoted to Vice President of Communications and Chief of Staff, where she was responsible for pulling various stakeholders into the organization’s mission and vision and advancing various strategic initiatives.
Prior, Jenny managed communications for Good360, a nonprofit that helps companies donate excess inventory to charities in need. Before transitioning into the nonprofit world and moving to Washington, DC, she worked in Philadelphia for five years as a film publicist for Allied-THA, a global marketing and advertising agency. While there, she spent her time orchestrating high-profile publicity tours, film releases and large-scale promotional events. Jenny earned her BA in Advertising and Public Relations from the Pennsylvania State University.
