Ken is an adjunct professor of Management and Human Resources at the Wisconsin School of Business. He retired from Aon in 2022 after a 38-year career where he was a partner and served as Aon’s global job architecture consulting practice leader. He has over 40 years of experience consulting in all facets of human resources. Ken has worked with numerous organizations to help them achieve breakthrough value creation through their people and has been a frequent speaker and prolific author on the topic. As a recognized global compensation expert, Ken has worked directly with boards, corporate executives and human resources leaders around the world to examine and define optimal executive roles and levels. This includes applying an understanding of best-in-class standards as well as assessing history, culture and strategic vision for an organization’s executive talent. Ken holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at
Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northwestern University.
