That’s why we are urging the Senate to vote “NO” on a reconciliation package that puts seniors at risk by cutting Medicaid and SNAP. Millions of seniors could lose the lifesaving nutritious meals and support they depend on.
If these cuts happen, local Meals on Wheels providers will experience increased demand at a time when they are already scaling back and adding more people to waitlists due to insufficient federal funding.
