Step 3:
Celebrate the Impact.

Once your cards are complete, ship them to Meals on Wheels America. Our network’s local providers will deliver your messages alongside nutritious meals. Then share your team’s impact with employees and customers using our customizable celebration templates.

Why Connection Matters

Isolation Is a Health Risk

Over 1 million Meals on Wheels clients live alone,1 leaving them especially vulnerable to the effects of isolation — depression,2 cognitive decline3 and even heart disease.4

That’s why Meals on Wheels America supports a nationwide network of local providers that deliver both nutritious meals and meaningful connection.

When your team participates in Messages of Love, you’re helping strengthen that connection. A handwritten note becomes more than paper and ink — it becomes encouragement, reassurance and dignity delivered alongside a meal.

Together, meals and messages remind seniors that they are not forgotten — and that their community cares.
