As a human health care company, Eisai is deeply committed to supporting patients through their healing journey. That mission inspired the launch of Magnolia Meals at Home® in 2012.
The program delivers meals that provide a nutritious foundation for cancer patients recovering at home and their families. Meals for caregiver family members are also available. Meals on Wheels America makes this possible by coordinating direct shipments and partnering with local Meals on Wheels providers who deliver the meals straight to patients and caregivers’ doors. Together, we are easing the stress of daily living so patients can enjoy shared moments with loved ones.
Since the program’s launch:
- 5,000+ patients have been enrolled.
- 150,000 meals have been delivered to patients and caregivers.
- 300+ Eisai employees have volunteered their time delivering meals.
