President and CEO, Meals on Wheels San Francisco

Jennifer recently became President and CEO of Meals on Wheels San Francisco. Formerly, Jennifer was CEO of Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH and Northern KY, the largest provider of senior home-delivered meals in the region. Her experience in the nonprofit sector includes work in domestic child and adult hunger relief, food systems policy, fundraising and public health, with a passion for developing innovative and collaborative solutions to intractable social problems. Jennifer has served as adjunct faculty in the Northern Kentucky University’s School of Social Work. During her tenure at Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH and Northern KY, Jennifer has overseen unprecedented growth and transformation in the organization, including a rebranding/adoption of the national Meals on Wheels brand, a massive crisis response to the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in a $4 million gift from MacKenzie Scott, a merger with another large senior service/ home-delivered meals provider, and overall revenue growth and diversification from $4.6 to nearly $20 million. Prior to joining Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY, Jennifer served as a Regional Director in a national voluntary health organization, and before that, she oversaw a network of 400+ soup kitchens and food pantries in a large Feeding America network foodbank. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in public administration/nonprofit management from Northern Kentucky University.
