LuAnn Oatman

Chair

President and CEO, Berks Encore / Meals on Wheels Berks County

LuAnn is President and CEO of Berks Encore / Meals on Wheels Berks County and holds a Liberal Arts Degree from Eastern Nazarene College. LuAnn has a certificate from the Stanford University Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders, and a certificate in Gerontology from the USC Davis School of Gerontology. Lending her talents to various non-profit agencies over the past 32 years, LuAnn has honed her skills in the areas of executive management and fundraising. As a catalyst for developing community support and leadership, LuAnn has left a legacy of success at each of the agencies for which she has worked. LuAnn has served as an active member of Meals on Wheels Pennsylvania for the past eight years and assumed the role of the state association president in 2015. During her tenure, the association has made strides in expanding membership, securing grant funding, and is an active participant with the Senior Support Coalition of Pennsylvania. A member of various aging related national organizations, she also serves on the board of the Berks Community Health Center and the Steering Committee of Community Connection Consortium Project with Reading Hospital/Tower Health.
