If you believe you should have received an email invitation to register for the 2021 Meals on Wheels Virtual Conference and Expo, please verify the following before reaching out to MOWAConference@meetings-incentives.com to report an issue:
- Check your inbox and/or your spam. The invite will come from “Meals on Wheels Virtual Conference” (MOWAconference@meetings-incentives.com) and it will be delivered to the email address tied to your record in our Membership database. (This is the email address used for Meals on Wheels America emails and that you use to log in to Member Central.) If you don’t already receive emails from us or have access to Member Central, there’s a chance you aren’t on your Organization Roster and therefore would not have received a pre-approved invitation to register.
- Check your Organization Roster. Anyone with access to Member Central can check the status of your Organization Roster. To add a staff person or board member to your Organization Roster, your Principal Member must log on to this Member Central page to make any necessary updates or additions using the EDIT or ADD NEW buttons. Newly added or edited individuals should receive an email invitation to register within two business days. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Check your Membership status. Our Virtual Conference is designed for Members, so in order to receive an invitation to register, your Membership needs to be in good standing through August 31, 2021. If your Membership has expired or will expire between now and then, you must renew now.
