Todd is the Chief Membership Officer at Meals on Wheels America. In this position, he is responsible for shaping the Membership value proposition, deepening Member engagement, and leading the development and implementation of a Member retention and growth strategy. He also leads the Association’s Education and Training efforts, including the development and execution of the Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo, and management of our State Associations. Todd and his team work hard to empower Members to improve the health and quality of life of the seniors they serve.
Todd first served as Chief Membership Officer at Meals on Wheels America from 2016 to 2018. Prior to rejoining the Association in 2022, he was with the Path to Purchase Institute as Director of Membership Development. His previous Membership experience includes positions as Vice President of Industry Affairs at the Grocery Manufacturers Association and Vice President of Membership and Urban Affairs at the Food Marketing Institute. Todd holds a BS from the University of Virginia and an MPA from American University.
