    At Schwab, our spirit of service is driven by our people. Each year during the Season of Giving, we come together to make the holidays brighter for those in need.

    Since 2020, we have partnered with Meals on Wheels America, the national nonprofit helping more than 5,000 local Meals on Wheels programs deliver nutrition, safety and social connection to homebound seniors.

    Meals on Wheels programs continue to face new and sustained challenges.

    • 98% of local Meals on Wheels programs report issues tied to today’s economic volatility – rising food and gas prices, securing volunteers and paid staff, etc.
    • 81% of programs are still providing more home-delivered meals than before the COVID-19 pandemic.
    • The senior population is rapidly growing. By 2035, there will be more seniors than children in the US.

    It will take all of us working together to overcome these challenges and ensure Meals on Wheels continues to deliver this vital lifeline that our senior neighbors desperately need.
