Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo Registration is open to senior nutrition program staff and boards only. Individuals from government agencies and/or Meals on Wheels America partner organizations are eligible to attend and should contact us at email@example.com or 1-888-998-6325 to register. **We encourage individuals from Member-eligible organizations to join Meals on Wheels America prior to registering for the 2019 Conference. Membership dues range from $175 to $300 annually for an entire organization, providing every individual on your staff and board access to valuable Member benefits all year long. To register by check, you must complete a registration form and mail it along with payment in full to:

Registrations will not be processed without payment. Early bird registration payment is due in full no later than July 3, 2019 in order for discounted rates to apply.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to email@example.com
by August 1, 2019. Please include your name, organization name, email address and the event you would like to cancel. Refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations before August 1, 2019, minus $75 in administrative fees. Refunds will not be issued on or after August 1, 2019. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
A transfer of your full registration to another individual is allowed prior to the Conference by submitting your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please include your name, organization and email address, as well as the name, organization and email address of the person to whom you are transferring your registration.
